Tim is our lead agent with over thirteen years experience in the Boise Metro area. He has personally assisted almost 900 clients to buy or sell their homes in this area.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 1995, Tim was a real estate appraiser in the Boise area for four years. During that time he assisted over 1,200 people with appraisals of their homes, so he knows how to price properties for sale and how to assist buyers when they purchase their homes.

In addition, on a personal note, he is happily married to his wife of almost thirty years, Debbie, and has two children, both adults.  Sean works with us in a background capacity doing both management duties as well as monitoring our websites and Jenessa, our daughter lives in Nampa with her husband and she teaches special education at a middle school in Meridian.  Tim and Debbie are members of Capital Christian Center in Meridian and welcome you to join them.

Donna Farmer

Donna has lived here in the Treasure Valley for most of her life.  She has been a Realtor in the State of Washington and now in Idaho.  She has experience working primarily with buyers and can assist anyone at whatever price range they are wanting to purchase.  She ascribes to our method of watching out for the client's best interests and not trying to spend the client's money.  She is familiar with many loan programs for first-time home buyers as well as well seasoned buyers.

We have an excellent lender-partner that we can rely on for good solid loan programs that will include, where appropriate the use of grant funds, first-time home buyer loans and "silent second" mortgages where no payments are due for five years.  Please ask Donna to introduce you to our lender.

Donna is married to a home inspector and so understands the need for home inspections and this adds to her diligence to assisting buyers with what to watch out for when looking at resale homes.  Donna has two children, both in school and enjoys a busy life in the Boise metro area.

Debbie Burroughs

Debbie is co-owner with Tim, the team leader. She has a position that keeps her behind the scenes working on marketing, accounting and staging activities. Debbie has a background in design and used to work for a major builder. She lets the seller know what to pack up and store and, when necessary, she brings in accessories and pictures to make the house show well. She also works with a professional photographer and attends those photo sessions to make sure everything looks great. This means your house will look its best on the photos that are used on flyers, Internet advertising, postcards, etc.
