It's official!  The Boise real estate market is back!

Both The Today Show and Channel 7 KTVB News reported yesterday that we are likely at the bottom of the real estate downturn and should be looking for much brighter days in the real estate market.  Last month's numbers for units sold were up 2.9%.

Home prices in Boise, ID real estate are not necessarily going to be starting to rise again just yet, but, as the newscasters stated, hopefully the prices will stop slipping downward.

If anyone is looking to buy a home as their primary residence or as an investment, right now is the absolute best time to buy a home.  Prices are about as low as they are going to get and interest rates have not been this low in many years.  The stage is set for a great financial investment in Boise, ID real estate.  It is near impossible to time the market, but buying right now is as close as anyone can get.
